About the project (provided by the applicant):
This apartment isn’t big but it has everything needed for comfortable living. A multifunctional sitting room and a kitchen are really state-of-the-art. Every element in this project seems to be ergonomic and minimalistic. Shapes, monochromic color palette, and natural materials feature the Minimalism style. The entrance hall was designed as a loft. Brick walls weren’t treated with plastering or wallpaper, and they even mounted a concrete slab piece to hold the TV set to intensify this atmosphere.
