About the project (provided by the applicant)
The private house for a young man was designed with limited site space in mind. The plot is located in a dense urban area, between two parallel streets only 5.5 meters apart. The entrance and access to the building are arranged from the south side, on the street with lighter traffic. An unusual aspect of the project is the client himself — he is over 2 meters tall, so all furniture and interior elements were custom-made. The kitchen frame is made of welded stainless steel and is positioned above a compact staircase. The space under the stairs is used as a bathroom with an area of 3.5 sq.m. The total living area is 50 sq.m.
