Line Balance: a house where there is finally room for life.
This house was born from a couple’s decision to move from a 500 sq. m house into a thoughtful 176 sq. m one. It is a story of how square meters of luxury turned into a prison of empty corridors and ghost rooms. Where instead of coziness there was only the echo of footsteps, and instead of life endless cleaning. Where large spaces stole the most precious thing — the feeling of home.
That is how Line Balance appeared — 176 square meters of harmony, born from rethinking a way of life. A kitchen keeping the warmth of family dinners, a terrace that greets the sunrise, a sauna just steps away from the bedroom. Nothing superfluous — only what makes life truly fulfilling.
A striking central arch accentuating the living room volume creates a sense of lightness and harmony with the landscape, while the former pursuit of impressing with size has transformed into the principle of “less is more.” Line Balance is not just a house. It is breathing with a full chest.
