Liner is a comfort-class residential complex located on Oktyabrskaya Embankment in the Nevsky District of Saint Petersburg. It consists of a two-section building with variable heights (12 to 17 floors). The project includes 271 apartments with a total area of 12.9 thousand m² and an underground parking facility.
The architectural design clearly evokes the image of a liner. Variable building heights, a sloping end facade, and a stepped silhouette make the project expressive and dynamic. The enclosed courtyard features a children’s playground with a lighthouse-shaped slide, as well as areas for recreation and sports. The first floor houses commercial premises for retail and everyday services.
Apartments vary in size—from studios to three-room layouts, including European-style open-plan kitchens and living rooms. Some studios have two windows, others feature terraces or a bathroom window. Upper-floor units (16th and 17th) have increased ceiling heights (3.11 m). Many apartments offer stunning views of the Neva River.
