“Lisiy Bor” Cluster Housing

About the project (provided by the applicant)
The proximity of the pine forest and the Gulf of Finland determined the architectural solution for the project: triangular roofs and vertical façade slats create a striking appearance that harmoniously integrates with the landscape and surrounding development.
Two types of houses are planned, differing in size and number of floors, but united by a common architectural concept. The spatial planning is based on clear zoning principles. The ground floor contains public areas — kitchen, living room, and dining room — combined into a single bright space. The upper floors house bedrooms, offices, and additional rooms. This structure ensures a balance between communal and private areas, creating comfortable living conditions for families.
Natural materials and warm tones are used in the finishes. Sloped roofs give the buildings a memorable silhouette, while panoramic windows provide a visual connection to nature and fill the interiors with light.
