Best Project of Building or Facility by Student
About the project (provided by the applicant)
The project is a low-rise terraced housing development in Leningrad Region. The cluster consists of row, corner, and end houses, each with its own spatial and layout solution. House sizes range from 50 to 55 m² depending on the type.
The first floor includes a living room, dining area, kitchen, wardrobe, and bathroom. The second floor contains the parents’ bedroom, children’s room, wardrobe, and bathroom. The third floor is included only in end houses, highlighting their compositional uniqueness, and contains a bedroom, workshop, and small storage area.
Beyond the architecture, a key goal was creating comfortable courtyard spaces with accessible roads and driveways, landscaping, playgrounds, and recreational zones. This was achieved through perimeter development, leaving the central part for public and recreational areas.
