About the project
The project of a natural landscaped park in the center of Luga, in a swampy area opening to the same-named river. After a thorough study, the designers understood their priorities, which were making a comfortable urban environment, developing a summer and a winter use scenarios, and saving the natural landscape of the site. They intended to connect the virgin terrain with the city center and offer the citizens a modern public space.
The name of the new walking route — Lugomorye — is similar to the name Lukomorye, a Fairyland in the Slavic mythology.
