About the project (provided by the applicant)
The main idea of the project is to create an iconic multifunctional center that serves as a complex offering a wide range of services, attractive to travelers and enhancing the comfort of trips along the M-12 highway.
The composition of the center is based on traditional ornaments of the Vladimir region, known for their sophistication and deep symbolism. The spatial design resembles a flower, with petals “unfolding” along guiding lines.
The project features mirror symmetry along the diagonal, providing significant advantages in transportation logistics and traffic organization. The dominant element of the complex is a restaurant designed as a bridge over the M-12 highway. This architectural feature symbolizes the “Golden Gate,” referencing the rich history of Vladimir and serving as a “portal” between the two parts of the multifunctional center.
