A minimalist-style country house.
The play of distorted human visual perception is achieved through the varied arrangement of flat roofs. Absolute geometric forms, a restrained finishing palette, and subtle contour lighting under the eaves create a bold, futuristic architectural expression. The villa incorporates technically unconventional solutions. The finishing materials are applied directly to jumbo-format glass units (maximally sized according to procurement limits at the time of design). One of the distinctive features is a panoramic sliding door measuring 6×2 meters. The panoramic glazing reaches maximum dimensions of 3.2 meters in height and up to 6 linear meters in width. An 8-meter cantilevered overhang in the double-height area emphasizes the upper part of the building. The flat roof covering uses a non-standard combination of torch-on and membrane waterproofing. This is how modern country living meets the demands of the 21st century.
