Cultural Complex «Maly Mayak»

Best Project of Public Space by Student
About the project (provided by the applicant)
In the Crimean village of Maly Mayak, a unique architectural ensemble is being formed, harmoniously combining elements of ancient Greek motifs, Crimean Tatar heritage, and contemporary cultural trends.
The complex exists in harmony with the natural rhythm of the surrounding landscape. At sunrise, visitors can enjoy panoramic views of vineyards and two mountain ranges from an observation deck.
Daytime activities include reading in a spacious hall with panoramic windows, holding business meetings in comfortable conference rooms, and relaxing on the open terraces of the complex.
As evening falls, the space transforms: a cinema hall with a futuristic interior evokes the feeling of immersion under a starry sky.
The day ends on cozy loungers with soft lighting that resembles the glow of an ancient lighthouse.
