The complex consists of two residential towers, 150 meters high (Bronze and Silver), built on a shared stylobate that includes retail spaces and a kindergarten, as well as a 120-meter-high business center with a two-level underground parking.

The project includes a total of 916 apartments, ranging in size from 28 to 146.4 sq.m. Exclusive solutions include units with terraces, increased window areas, duplex penthouses, and corner-glass apartments.

The development features a private inner courtyard and a landscaped pedestrian boulevard with fountains and recreational zones, running between the business center and the residential towers.

Each tower has a unique and self-sufficient architectural expression, reflecting the diversity of Moscow’s urban fabric. The Red Tower references the merlons of the Kremlin Wall through its color and sculptural top. The White Tower stands out with its volumetric plasticity and checkerboard configuration of bay windows.
