About the project
This apartment of 78 m2 was designed for a student and comprises many wow effects – vivid color highlights, a smart glass wall in the bathroom, neon lighting, a transparent shelf for running shoes that looks like an art installation. As much open as possible, the layout comprises a kitchen-diner, a study, a bathroom, and a bedroom. The developer had separated the kitchen from the sitting room with two structural pillars, but the designers managed to consolidate these spaces visually by installing a brightly colored sofa at one of the pillars. The bedroom designed in the recessed balcony is integrated with the music study.
