The business-class residential complex is a nine-story building located in the Massandra settlement. The first floor is designated for commercial spaces offering a wide range of services for residents and visitors. A café in the lobby creates a comfortable environment where residents can meet with friends and family.
A distinctive feature of the building is the full-height atrium, which allows natural light to illuminate the deep interior spaces and creates a unique atmosphere within the building.
