Project
Temporary façade for Mechanical War exhibition

Nomination
Best Architectural Project by a Student

About the project
The main façade is based on two moving water mills, the exhibition name showcased at the wheel spokes (a nod to the work of Jean Tinguely, a Swiss sculptor). The back façade was inspired by Jean Tinguely’s Eureka (1960). The side facades have his key sculptures. The objective of the project is to express all the grandiosity, hazards, and self-demolition of the author’s mechanical sculptures. The temporary façade has its own character and lives up its own life.
