ZILART Light Minimalism
Category
Best Implemented Architectural Lighting Project in Russia
About the project (provided by the applicant)
The lighting concept of ZILART Tower aligns with its architectural image. The lighting emphasizes the building’s character — minimalist and strict.
The façade’s structural features allow fixtures to be integrated flush with the louvers’ surface, preserving the purity of the architectural form — the tower’s fundamental idea. This approach creates a restrained composition that, combined with contrasting façade materials, elegantly highlights ZILART Tower’s vertical lines at night while remaining unobtrusive during the day.
The lighting system is designed with sustainability in mind: no light pollution, dimmable fixtures, and a unified control system. Various lighting options are achieved through adjustments in color temperature and dynamic effects. Special attention is given to the comfort of both residents of the complex and neighboring buildings — all fixtures are dimmable to prevent glare. White light enhances the architecture, reinforcing the building’s image without exaggeration or unnecessary decoration.
