About the project (provided by the applicant)
This apartment in “New Moscow” is a small yet comfortable studio designed for future rental.
Despite its compact area of just 20 sq. m (excluding the balcony), the space accommodates all essential functions and features ample storage without feeling cluttered.
By placing a wardrobe along the short wall of the room, the proportions of the 14 sq. m main living area were visually improved. The kitchen and workspace are aligned along the long wall, with a sofa bed placed opposite.
The bathroom includes everything necessary: a shower, a full-size washing machine, a heated towel rail, a toilet, a sink, and a convenient stone shelf with a mirror.
The interior design is based on four dominant colors: a white background, natural wood (parquet and plywood), grey floor tiles, and mosaic tiles used as an accent for the kitchen backsplash.
