The presented project of a public-business complex with apartments is a key object within the concept of creating an eco-friendly and green neighborhood with a public waterfront.
The complex is designed to ensure interaction between its different functions, which is directly reflected in the planning structure, responding to the needs of location and usage.
The multifunctional complex consists of five main parts. The three tallest structures are the dominant elements, each with a unique function. The smallest volume serves as a block with a coworking space and a green roof. The medium volume houses offices, and the tower contains apartments.
Modern solutions and ideas about living in harmony with nature are applied. The project is a dominant, accentuated volume, setting the development vector for the future in the city and beyond.
