The residential complex by RBI will complete the architectural ensemble of the square near the historic Feodorovsky Cathedral. The project's distinctive architectural concept in the Neo-Russian style was developed by architect Evgeny Gerasimov for RBI, taking into account local traditions and the existing urban fabric. A characteristic and unique feature of the façade is its rich decorative elements: approximately 25,000 fiber-concrete components of hundreds of different types are used. The lobby interiors were designed by the Oleg Klodt bureau. Public spaces will also feature original works by prominent contemporary artists and designers: Andrey Remnev, Zlata Kornilova, and Svetlana Levadnaya. Residents will have access to a private fitness center on the ground floor, which will also house a built-in municipal kindergarten for 60 children.
