The Art Residence “Mixer” is a unique creative space with a total area of 2,500 sq.m, combining a variety of functions such as modern lecture halls, spacious photo and video studios, sewing workshops, dance halls, an amphitheater, and a creative hub for developing artistic projects of the residents of Noyabrsk. One of the unique features of “Mixer” is its monumental façade mural, symbolizing the idea of boundless creativity.
The centerpiece inside the building is the creative hub, the largest space in the art residence (230 sq.m). It provides not only an environment for work but also support for creative initiatives and entrepreneurial projects. The first floor, covering more than 1,400 sq.m, includes several youth cafés, spacious dressing rooms, creative spaces, a concert hall, and souvenir shops. The second floor houses administrative offices, meeting rooms, and small workshops.
