The project is an experimental design facility located in the Russian Arctic. The cold climate, combined with the availability of free energy from the field, creates a suitable platform for a technological building that ensures economic benefits for a scientific center studying climate change in a region most affected by these changes. Energy for the data center (with a mining-hotel function) is supplied using associated petroleum gas produced during oil extraction. The modular structure of the building allows for capacity expansion and the addition of various functions as needed, including scientific laboratories, housing, agrofarms, and utility and energy blocks. Cladding materials include aluminum (geodesic dome), ETFE membranes, and sandwich panels. Considering the depletion of the field and the low bearing capacity of northern soils, the building is installed on telescopic supports to allow relocation.
