Best Implemented Façade or Interior Project Using Ceramics
About the project (provided by the applicant)
The bathroom project draws inspiration from Monza’s most iconic symbols: the Cathedral and the Iron Crown. The walls are clad with ceramic tiles in alternating light and dark bands, echoing the façade of the Cathedral and reinterpreting its chromatic rhythm in a contemporary key. Golden brassware evokes the preciousness of the Iron Crown, turning a functional element into a decorative detail, while the deep green vanity recalls the gemstones set in the crown, adding a refined accent to the space. The result is a sophisticated environment where history and design intertwine, making the bathroom a tribute to the city and its artistic heritage.
