The project is a contemporary interpretation of a mountain cabin in the barnhouse style. Clear geometric forms and a concise building silhouette harmoniously integrate with the rugged character of the Ural landscape. The project is deliberately executed in pencil to emphasize its unity with the natural surroundings.
The pencil technique effectively conveys the texture of materials — wood, stone, and metal. It creates a striking interplay of light and shadow, highlighting the monumentality of the forms. The drawing emphasizes the simplicity and clarity of the barnhouse style.
The architectural volume is carefully integrated into the existing rocky terrain. The simple gable roof follows the rhythm of the peaks, and natural finishing materials allow the building to blend seamlessly into the environment. Large glazed surfaces create a sense of unity with nature, offering panoramic views and filling the interior with natural light.
