About the project (provided by the applicant)
The concept of the complex is based on harmonious integration with the natural landscape and the principles of “hidden comfort.” Inspired by the tectonic forms and cultural motifs of Svaneti, the architecture does not dominate the surrounding nature but becomes its natural continuation.
Bright color accents embodied in compact sauna-sculptures, hidden among trees and boulders, create an effect of unexpected “discovery,” inviting exploration and contemplation. Panoramic windows open views of the mountains, strengthening the connection with nature.
Functionality and sustainability are at the core of the project. Environmentally responsible engineering solutions and the use of local materials ensure comfort and durability. The complex offers a journey of experiences leading from seclusion to recovery, where each visitor finds harmony with themselves and with nature.
