About the project (provided by the applicant)
The group of high-rise residential buildings is located in St. Petersburg. The residential development is part of the city’s gray belt revitalization project.
The two main façades of the residential group shape the appearance of Roshchinskaya Street, which runs through the entire neighborhood. Spatial and planning solutions were developed for four residential buildings and the courtyard area. Commercial premises are provided on the ground floors.
The exterior of the buildings features contrasting volumes and finishes. Each building consists of 11-story and 9-story sections. The first, more austere and monumental, faces the street and inner driveways and is clad in clinker brick. The second, softer and smoother, faces the inner courtyard and is finished with architectural concrete panels.
A 330-space underground parking garage is provided for residents. Thanks to comfortable apartment layouts, the buildings can accommodate up to 1,500 residents. Two-level apartments are located on the upper floors.
