The design of a multistory residential building on the shore of the Black Sea in Adler, as part of a residential complex, represents not only an architectural but also a social, economic, and environmental project.
The section has 16 floors, 12 of which are residential, 1 floor is allocated for technical facilities, and 3 floors are for commercial use. The residential building also features a stylobate that houses commercial spaces such as shops, a coffee house, a restaurant, and rental points for seaside recreational equipment.
A significant advantage of this project is its proximity to the Black Sea. Research shows that living near water has a positive impact on human mental health.
