Modern life is largely occupied by work. In our view, the key criteria for a high-quality multifunctional complex are safety, comfort, functionality, architectural expressiveness, connection with nature, and environmental friendliness.
We focused on creating an environment where young professionals can fully immerse themselves in a comfortable working atmosphere, realized as an “ecosystem” in the format of a city within a city.
The spatial-planning solutions are designed for potential replication of the complex in different cities across the country. All functions are distributed across separate mobile blocks, which can be transformed — moved, resized, and rotated to adapt to any site. This layout ensures easy navigation within the building, while a dome stretched between the two-story blocks protects people from the weather. All of this forms an internal ecosystem — an ideal environment for modern life and work.
