About the project
This complex shall be a local landmark and replace the buildings lost at the LenExpo premises.
The basic image is the marine port, a place where different environments meet, and that is why the complex comprises several functional blocks – the minor facility embraces the trade and entertainment premises, with a supermarket at the 1^st floor. The major volume includes the office and the military museum, a shopping mall, a café, and an atrium between them. The cinema hall and the exhibition venue are located at the top floors.
The enormously big glass roof is one of the fundamental details here, as it raises high above the complex, connecting its units. It also connects the building with the Narodovolets submarine museum.
