About the project (provided by the applicant):
The author wanted a post-industrial district to become a new cultural hub of the city with its theater complex as its major landmark. Restoration of the city’s cultural heritage and integration of public and business functions into them is known to promote urban growth and economic upheaval. The design site is located at Sverdlovskaya Embankment, and the multifunctional theater complex will contribute to its appearance.
