The parking garage is designed for 300 vehicles. It is an enclosed warm space for continuous garaging. 4 levels of the facility are designed above the ground, and one is below the ground level. The ramp is designed for the cars to move up and down, as well as between the levels and around them.
Besides the vehicle storage area and inner passageways, there are several car washing stations, a service center, engineering rooms, and operations department premises. There are also a cafe that seats 100 people, and three shops.
The project was developed in compliance with innovative environment integration and sustainability guidelines.
