About the project
The project is relevant since the city of Tomsk needs a new waste disposal model to develop a high-quality industrial environment.
The complex is an industrial enterprise with additional administrative and public recreational premises. It will incorporate a waste sorting station, a waste processing facility, and a waste incineration power plant, as well as buildings that are clustered with the complex.
A unique waste disposal model has been discovered – with minimal environmental emissions, little involvement of manual labour, and automation of most of the processes.
