About the project (provided by the applicant)
The large-scale business cluster covers over 370,000 sq. m and is located in the Central District of St. Petersburg on Degtyarnaya Street. The complex consists of two rows of rectangular buildings.
The first phase includes three existing buildings totaling 174,000 sq. m. The main building houses 13 committees of the St. Petersburg Administration.
The second phase of “Nevskaya Ratusha” consists of five business centers totaling 146,099 sq. m — Buildings 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9. Buildings 8 and 9 were commissioned in April 2025. The project will be fully completed with the introduction of Building 7, which will host a four-star hotel in 2027.
The quarter features a landscaped city square with areas for relaxation for residents and visitors. At its center is a dancing fountain, surrounded by futuristic rotating benches with lighting and built-in charging stations.
