About the project
including its location on the river bank, the required multifunctionality of the building (it had to comprise residential, hotel and office premises) and its favorable environment for residents, visitors and employees.
The building was split into several vertical and horizontal volumes, installed at a distance from one another and thus letting the light in the very depth of the building through extensive glazing. As the volumes are relatively small in size, they can be mounted from precast elements.
