About the project (provided by the applicant)
An apartment house with integrated rooms and a 1-level underground car parking lot for 44 cars. The above-the ground L-shaped building includes two sections of 8 and 9 storeys. At the ground level, entrances to residential blocks are located along with commercial premises, and there are apartments, too. The enclosure of the house is a ventilated facade types, and the dazzling stained glass windows are designed on the base of energy-saving glass panes.
