About the project
Designed in the Arctic zone of the Barents Sea, the center will facilitate submarine studies and data collection from other drifting research stations.
This proposal is especially eco-friendly thanks to the geothermal sources that feed it, as well as solar power, hydraulic power, and power generated by the titanium facade slabs.
The house is module-type and can be assembled in situ in summer. The environment is rather aggressive in this location, which the author took into consideration.
