About the project
The premises of the Tsentralny ex airport can be used for construction of a new business, culture and entertainment development at the outskirts of the historic city center. The old town is losing its attractiveness for business, and to answer to today’s requirements, the city of Saratov needs some new development.
In many countries, city districts have been functionally segregated – the historic part is a tourist attraction, and the more contemporary part is used for business and administrative purposes.
