About the project
Standing at the site of the Cord factory, some of its buildings having lot their original functions and looking dull and outdated, the new building
will revitalize the ex industrial premises and establish a modern and comfortable space for work and leisure. The facades and the inner space were reconstructed to match the modern standards. Finishing materials were replaced with a more universal and eco-friendly alternative.
At the 1st floor, they arranged a green exit to the outside.
