Lot 2 of the NEWPITER residential complex is a 4–12 storey building with 259 apartments ranging from 32.9 to 112 sq.m. There are no studio apartments. Some units on the top floor feature open terraces, while the ground floor apartments have cozy patios with direct access to the stylobate.
The façades are designed using a combination of brick and plaster in a dynamic style with recessed and protruding sections, French balconies, and corner windows. A distinctive architectural feature is the 12-storey section with panoramic windows overlooking the park area of the White Nights Boulevard.
The courtyard includes playgrounds for children of different ages and a relaxation area for adults with a pergola, hammock, and swings. Landscaping features a mix of coniferous and deciduous trees, including pines, maples, bird cherry, lilac, hydrangea, and spindle. An underground parking facility with elevator access is provided for residents with cars.
