The new building in the “NEWPITER” residential complex consists of 11 sections, each 7–12 stories high, forming two semi-enclosed courtyards connected by a pedestrian bridge. Each residential section is designed in a different style, using bricks of various shades, plaster inserts, and standing-seam panels. The façade of the fourth section will feature architectural lighting.
The dominant feature of the complex is a 12-story tower with panoramic windows overlooking the White Nights Boulevard. Another unique element is an 8-story section with apartments featuring sloped roofs, dormer windows, and variable ceiling heights up to 5.63 meters on the top floor.
