About the project (provided by the applicant)
Rising at the junction of cliffs and the sea, this multifunctional complex reaches a height of 1.35 km. Stability is ensured through an asymmetrical form that prevents wind-induced resonance. The region is seismically active, rated at 7 on the scale. At the center of the tower, a shaft with a pendulum mitigates potential ground tremors.
The main idea of the project is that, in clear weather, the upper part of the tower is visible from the mountains on the Turkish coast.
