The project site is located near Nizhny Tagil Pond, along Krasnogvardeyskaya Street, in the central part of the city. The multifunctional complex includes a variety of spaces and zones designed for users of different ages and interests. The complex features an exhibition area, recreational zones, coworking and office spaces, a hotel and spa area with a sports block, an auditorium with a theater block, and a children’s area. This solution contributes to the creation of a water-green framework as well as a sustainable and visually striking urban space, attracting attention not only from residents but also from tourists.
