The multifunctional residential complex is located in the Porokhovye municipal area of St. Petersburg. Its corner position allows panoramic views of the building from different sides, emphasizing its role as an architectural landmark of the block.
The form of the complex is influenced by two factors: height restrictions in the southern part and the need for additional noise protection from the railway and highway. The serpentine composition includes a commercial block facing the noise source, followed by high-rise towers and an 11-story sectional building that closes the spatial structure. Terracing of the residential and commercial volumes is an important element of the concept.
A key feature of the façades is shaped perforation and rhythmic alternation of balconies. The layout of the noise-protection towers is inspired by crystal forms, with each tower having a unique structure, giving the complex dynamism and visual complexity.
