Project
40 m² Apartment in the Now Residential Complex

Best Implemented Apartment / Private House Interior Design Project
About the project (provided by the applicant)
The key factor in designing this space was the view from the window: the sofa, bed, and bar counter are all oriented to face the river rather than the neighboring building.
To preserve as much airiness and light as possible, the kitchen-living room and bedroom were divided by a lightweight furniture structure with drawers on the kitchen side, topped with tinted glass. The entrance to the bedroom was left open, and a shelving unit for books and decor was placed along the passage.
In the bedroom, one wall is a compact storage zone 40 cm deep, spanning the full width of the wall, with front-facing hangers and shelves. A TV niche is also built into this wall so that the screen lies flush with the cabinet fronts.
In the living room area, slate veneer and decorative plaster were used. The color palette includes bright but complex and muted tones that are easy on the eyes.
