About the project (provided by the applicant)
Northern cities of Iran have been significantly affected by villa construction due to their extraordinary natural landscapes of forests and sea, leading to a dramatic change in their appearance. The Villa Park project in Nowshahr is connecting the pristine nature of the forest with the developing urban fabric. This connection is established gently and gradually through green terraces, each serving different functions. This design response to the height restrictions for construction in the area while ensuring that the project does not obstruct the views of the forest and the sea for the neighbors. The total land area is 600 square meters, and this stepped structure meets the spatial needs of the client. In addition to the architecture, the interior design and product design have also been developed exclusively for this project. All furnishings and interior items of the villas have been designed and produced in accordance with the style and architecture of the project.
