A contemporary residential complex with a historic character.
Located in the heart of Saint Petersburg on the lively embankment of Obvodny Canal, the project envisions a modern multi-apartment building with social infrastructure. The architectural and urban planning solutions are inspired by the unique atmosphere of the site, respecting the existing urban context and the architectural traditions of Saint Petersburg.
The complex’s proximity to historic railway stations and industrial architecture influenced its design: clean lines, simple geometry, and the use of red brick and metal elements on the facades integrate harmoniously into the existing environment. Active street frontages with commercial spaces animate the public realm and encourage pedestrian activity. The southeastern corner is highlighted by a four-story volume with a pitched roof, housing a modern polyclinic.
