The project is located in a new residential district in the southern part of Brest.
Concept idea:
The architectural solution is based on an octagon. The number 8 symbolizes harmony and the unity of material and spiritual life. The leisure center, focused on spiritual and material education, creates a unique space for the comprehensive development of individuals.
The building includes spaces for classes and allows for the organization of exhibitions, concerts, theatrical performances, and open-air film screenings. The usable roof will serve as a comfortable area for relaxation and events, featuring panoramic views of the lake and evening sunsets.
