Residents have at their service premises closed to vehicles, a concierge service, 24/7 security, a two-level underground parking, private cellars, a roomy lobby, and a gym. The architectural appearance of Octavia only emphasizes its high status, featuring reconsidered traditional St. Petersburg architecture of the old 19th – early 20th centuries. The facades are adorned with original decorations and embossed images. Finished with architectural concrete, natural stone, blackened steel, and glass, at nighttime the face of the building is radiant with mood lights. Octavia Fountain complements the overall composition of the ensemble.
