Octopuses have eight tentacles, each controlled by its own brain. This allows their limbs to act autonomously and independently from the rest of the body.
This idea became the foundation of the project’s architecture. Each wave of the building carries its own public function. The waves are independent yet intertwine inside the structure, creating a complex spatial program.
