The public and business center, located in the historic industrial part of the city, stands out with its unusual and contemporary exterior. The architectural solution of the complex is realized through an outer shell composed of panels with intricate broken geometry, referencing deconstructivist forms. The main purpose of the facility is to combine multiple functions, namely leisure and office spaces, making the complex a potential hub for people with diverse interests.
