As part of a diploma project for the redevelopment of a territory in Ufa, this concept envisions an office complex as a key element of a new public and business cluster. The selected site plays an important role in the city’s urban composition.
The main idea of the complex is the combination of a linear volume and three multi-story dominant towers. The linear section, resembling an expressive figure eight, forms an intriguing silhouette where one segment cantilevers over another. The exposed structural elements emphasize the building’s character and create a memorable image. This configuration also forms two internal courtyards with recreation zones.
The three tower volumes, featuring broken geometries, merge into a unified composition in the lower, most visible part of the complex. The varying footprint sizes of the towers add dynamism and visual complexity, giving the ensemble a harmonious and expressive appearance.
