About the project
It was necessary to restore the original condition of the factory management building, to restore the lost parts of the facade, and to demolish the buildings built during the Soviet times.
After a thorough research it was decided to readjust the building to the needs of a medical centre. Due to lack of space in the existing facility, they decided to add another block that would be different from the architectural dominant of the site.
